Overnight Chia Pudding | 16P, 36C and 23F


1. 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds

2. ½ Cup Low Fat Milk

3. ¼ Cup diced Strawberries

4. ¼ Cup diced Blackberries

5. 1 Tsp honey

6. 10 Almonds


1. Mix the milk, chia seeds and honey together until well combined

2. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes and refrigerate overnight for a nice texture

3. Top it off with some fresh fruits


1. Use frozen fruits & chilled milk if you like to have the pudding cold

2. Substitute Honey with Brown Sugar or any sweetener of your choice
