Ingredients:
1. ¼ Cup Oats
2. ½ Cup Water
3. ½ Scoop Whey
4. 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
6. 1 Pinch Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Pour the water over the oats & microwave for 1 minute
2. Add Whey & Peanut Butter to the heated mixture and stir together until combined
3. Top it off with the chocolate and let it sit on the warm oats till it becomes gooey
4. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the mixture
Alternatives:
1. Cook oats in milk to increase calories
2. Substitute Peanut Butter for Almond Butter / Hazelnut Butter if allergic
