Ingredients:
1. ½ Cup Low Fat Milk
2. 1 Small Ripe Banana
3. 8 – 10 Ice Cubes
5. 1 Tsp Coffee Powder
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients together and blend
2. Top it off with some Sliced Banana and / Nuts
Alternatives:
1. Use frozen banana cubes instead of Ice Cubes
2. Add Chocolate Chips to increase calories
