Training with TeaMeraki, I learnt about what is good for my body, the power of eating right and having the patience to witness slow and steady progress.
Not having to follow any intense diets or starve in order to lose weight was one of the main reason I enjoyed my time with TeaMeraki and also experienced drastic results as well. I even went overboard with my calorie count for some weekends during the plan but that didn’t shoot up my weight, rather my coach helped me out on how to get back on track by tweaking my macros allowance and made sure I stuck to it!
The trainers don’t believe in just giving out a plan, everything is taken care of in great detail!
