100 Day Challenge
We created this challenge to help you build consistency in your fitness routine. The 100 Day Challenge was never meant to be a transformation challenge, and with every rendition of the challenge we conducted, rewards were given to the most consistent participants, not those with the best transformation.

I took up the 100 Day Challenge to challenge myself into making a 180 degree change in my lazy lifestyle and it has worked wonders. I've lost 4kg in the last 100 days and there's a significant difference in measurements too! I'm feeling better mentally, my sleep cycle has improved and I've become more consistent in tracking every aspect of my life - including my office work.
I loved the fact that I was able to fight my inner demons (lazy couch potato personality who loves desserts). I'm taking back habits that will last beyond the challenge, and I can't wait to take part in the next challenge!

It’s always tough to stay motivated all days to workout but TeaMeraki’s discipline > motivation approach has kept me going in the 100 DC & even when we trained before!!
The 100 DC was a much needed program for me to get back on track, missed tracking food & lots of stuff many times but kept the workout going!! It was a great experience, and I love how the program was shaped such that I could do it all at home with ease!! Plus the feeling of community & seeing everyone achieve the goals is an added motivated in the 100 DC!

The challenge proved to be AMAZING for me this year! When I started, I really wanted to work on my consistency, improve upper body strength but really didn't know where to start. This challenge guided me in terms of training but also made me aware of the fact that my protein intake was too low.
For the last 100 days, I've been lifting weights (which I've never done before) and I'm feeling so much stronger. This challenge didn't just improve my physical health, but also changed my perspective towards fitness.
I was traveling a lot, but the coaches at TeaMeraki tweaked my workouts so I managed to stay on track throughout!

I took the opportunity to join 100D.C TeaMeraki challenge for my fitness goals, with Shruti Pawar as my instructor. Oh boy, did she not just make me sweat but also helped me understand my food. Her constant guidance and follow up helped me build a routine and discipline in my life, unfortunately I couldn't keep up for long, but I wish to start again. She understood and accommodated my requirements well and would review my stats on a weekly basis and adjust my calories and work out routines, which definitely helped me to start building my body in a way that I would love it more. I also appreciate Tea Meraki team's effort in helping me understand the importance of tracking food intake for fitness. I could eat what I want and still stay fit. They also helped me with recipes of delicious food with the right nutrients. I am happy that I chose TeaMeraki. Cheers to Shruti and the whole team!!

Team Meraki was one of the best thing happened to me in 2023. It changed my mindset from " believing the numbers on scale to believing in my endurance and strength", from "eating less calories to eating right micro nutrients" , from "I missed my gym for a month so let me quite to life happened let me start again". Today when I serve food for myself I check if I have protein in my platter.
I have started loving working out , and that was the biggest achievement for me being a part of team Meraki. I am genuinely grateful to the efforts the trainers at Team Meraki take to keep you on track , motivate you, understand your mindset and work on it.
